Graphics + Logo Design

VALENTÍNNÌCOLE, an up-and-coming streetwear brand based out of NYC, needed a designer for their 2016 collection. Inspired by the ever-racing pulse of the city, a new logo was designed to complement the sleek black-and-white color palette. Additionally, 3 screen-printed graphics were created to connect with their young and bold audience.

To create these designs, they were first hand-drawn and then refined using Adobe Photoshop.

Rebranding + Collateral

Juntos is a national program that works with community partners to provide 8th- to 12th-grade students and their parents with knowledge, skills, and resources on how to graduate from high school and pursue higher education.

Because of their success, they were faced with a challenge to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand image at both the state and national levels. We took this opportunity to rebrand the organization and introduce a more approachable, culturally responsive color palette that reflects the warmth and resilience of their students and families. We also introduced a colorful strip, inspired by the Mexican serape, to provide cohesion throughout all marketing collateral.

The result has been a powerful suite of visual assets, such as flyers, videos, postcards, social media templates, and annual reports. These assets not only connect with their community but also demonstrate to funders that their mission is driving real change.

Social Media + Content Creation

When David and Isabel opened up their insurance agency, David Rodriguez Insurance, they had all the expertise on how to run an insurance agency; however, they needed support in setting up their digital platforms, connecting with their audience, and showing up consistently.

When we met, our first conversation was about the goals they wanted to achieve and who their customer was. Knowing their customer may speak Spanish or English, we made sure all their material was in both languages.

As a result, we created printed material such as flyers and postcards that they were able to distribute at events, set up their social media accounts, and created a content calendar filled with entertaining and educational information. Additionally, we created a simple website that summarized all their services and how customers can connect with them.
