I’m Lisbeth Carolina Arias, a small business owner, designer, marketer, wife, and mother living in good ole’ North Carolina, originally from El Salvador.

After earning my degree in Fashion & Textile Design from NC State (Go Wolfpack!), I honed my skills in New York’s fast-paced fashion world. But I quickly realized that my creativity wasn’t meant just for the catwalk: it was meant to uplift stories, spark connection, and create impact.

I returned to North Carolina to do just that. Through my own brand, Descalza, I’ve built a business rooted in heritage, storytelling, and community. Along the way, I discovered another passion: marketing. Not the overwhelming, buzzword-filled kind, but the kind that helps people show up clearly, consistently, and in a way that feels true to who they are.

Today, I support small businesses, nonprofits, and mission-driven entrepreneurs by crafting marketing strategies that feel intentional, culturally grounded, and results-driven. Whether it’s through brand messaging, social content, or simple yet powerful websites, I help people show up with confidence, stay consistent, and connect deeply with their communities.
